Enb consulting was founded in 2001 to provide high quality learning development and consultancy for banking professionals. Our founding directors were inspired by their own experiences working at a senior level within top banking institutions and their belief that they could motivate, improve, foster intuition, assist change and inspire growth in leading financial institutions.

But we also have passions outside our business, such as: taking on the challenge of the elements and other sailors in the UK's toughest yacht races; conquering the dangers of some of the most demanding of Europe's rock climbs and mountains; setting the pace driving rally cars or developing a knowledge and expertise in classic cars.
