Caroline delivers Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Skills Development, Facilitation, Public Speaking & Presentations and Career Coaching. She is a qualified practitioner in NLP, MBTI, MRG IDI, and is an accredited coach.
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Caroline has held senior positions in the commercial world; as Operations Director and as a National Sales Director for Allianz Cornhill. She combines this experience with a passion for developing senior executives to their full potential.
Caroline’s work has included coaching a senior team through management buyout and rapid change management, coaching newer board directors (including CEOs) through the first 100 days to develop leadership style, impact and strategy.
Caroline has developed and run workshops to improve presentation skills, time amangement, coaching and Mentoring skills at all management levels.
Caroline has delivered executive coaching, team building and leadership development support for a wide variety of senior clients such as Norwich Union Life, Barclays Capital, Insight, Hobbs Ltd, Royal Bank of Scotland, Coutts, McDonalds and Berkeley Scott Group.
