Deborah joined enb consulting in May 2000 to develop pricing models and trading simulations. For the last seven years she has conducted consultancy assignments for some of the major investment banks and has delivered numerous training programmes from introductory to advanced levels in London, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and South Africa. Since January 2007 she has been based in our Hong Kong office.
Deborah specialises in cash and derivatives training to front office (traders and sales) and middle office (risk management, product control) audiences. She is also the managing consultant responsible for several of the highest profile and largest graduate induction programmes in investment banking (up to 300 graduates) undertaken by enb consulting in New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Deborah started her banking career at Greenwich NatWest, where she was in charge of the independent evaluation of fixed income and credit derivatives portfolios. Her work involved producing pricing models to independently analyse complex trades such as mortgage-backed securities, collateralised loan obligations and other asset packages. She also set up a rigorous daily pricing control, ensuring the integrity of the bank’s fixed income trading activity.
Deborah studied Mathematics at Balliol College, Oxford University before completing her PhD in Applied Mathematics at University College London in 1995.
