Helen is a business psychologist who specialises in helping organisations become more effective. During the last fifteen years, she has worked with over 60 organisations across the UK and rest of Europe, including many from the FTSE 100.
Helen designs, delivers and directs programmes on leadership skills, change management, communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills. Her work with clients includes facilitating strategy development at board level, helping teams at all levels work together more effectively, managing the assessment and selection of high flyers for key positions, and coaching top team members in their personal effectiveness. She is an experienced speaker on conference platforms, as well as radio and television.
The people she has developed include directors general within international central banking, presidents of European manufacturing businesses, two-star generals, managing partners of international law firms, the international chairman of a leading global consultancy firm, and many more.
She is a chartered occupational psychologist and holds an MSc in organisational psychology. To maintain her chartered status she follows a rigorous continuous professional development programme and must renew her practicing certificate every year.
When Helen is not working she is managed by three small sons and assorted building projects.
