Marco Aita
Marco started his career in finance in 1996 as a risk manager for Banca Intesa (then Cariplo) in Milan, where he was one of the founding members of the group and in charge of the global risk management system.
In 1999 he moved to London as Head of Risk for BCI, and moved then back to Italy in 2003 as Head of Financial Engineering and Quants for MPSFinance. In the last period he was mostly involved in pricing and development of equity-linked structured products.
Marco has a masters degree in physics and a PhD in mathematics.
Marco’s passion is rock climbing and mountaineering. He has conquered the challenge of climbing some of the toughest rock faces in Europe.
