Mike Gale

Mike joined enb in 1999 and delivers professional and personal skills programmes. He has designed and delivered advanced sales, presentation skills & pitching, team building and personal effectiveness programmes for senior banking personnel ranging from relationship managers to product specialists and sales heads in investment and wholesale banking divisions. He recently completed a Leadership Survey with twelve of the top Global Financial Institutions.

Mike is a qualified practitioner in DiSC profiling, and Insights behavioural modelling and is currently completing his NLP [Neuro-Linguistic Programming] Master Practitioner Certification.

For six years Mike worked for Standard Chartered Bank and the Midland Bank Group (HSBC) in FX and Banknote marketing.  In 1988 Mike began a career in training with MHA International, a sales and marketing consultancy. In 1990 he set up his own training company and has been a training consultant for over fourteen years working with over 100 organisations, including the BBC, DTI, Vodafone and McKinsey.

Between 1995-2000 Mike was a keynote speaker on customer service, sales and personal effectiveness at many international and company conferences.

Mike Gale graduated 20 years ago with an honours degree in Management Studies and Languages. His first book, The Sales Manager’s Desktop Guide was published in July 2000.
