Paul joined the soft skills team at ENB earlier in 2007. Prior to pursuing a career in consultancy Paul had over 20 years operational experience in senior positions in I.T., Consultancy, Sales and Strategy within the UK FMCG and Leisure industries. Having always maintained an active involvement in personal and organisational development, Paul moved into a full-time coaching and management consultancy role seven years ago. He now brings this extensive experience gained on the job, to the coaching and development of others.
Paul is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, holding a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. Paul also has a Diploma in Life Coaching from Newcastle College. Paul is a qualified NLP Practitioner as well as being accredited in the use of a number of modern psychometric instruments including MBTI, Thomas Killmann, and Insights Discovery where he a member of the International Faculty.
