Rob is an experienced leadership and management development specialist with over 25 years experience of Organisation Behaviour in both the public and private sector. He is a professionally qualified trainer with an MBA, who specialises in the behavioural aspects of developing leaders and senior management teams within the context of major organisational and cultural change. He has worked with individual CEOs and top teams as well as carrying out large scale consultancy assignments in business transformation projects.
Before joining enb, Rob was Head of Consultancy at OPP, one of Europe’s leading organisation development consultancies, specialising in behavioural change. Before OPP he was Head of Executive and Management Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London working with top-tier clients throughout the world.
At earlier stages in his career, Rob was Director of Training for Commando Forces Royal Marines and in 1993 was appointed Head of Leadership and Management Studies at the Royal Navy’s University. He continues his academic links as an Associate of the Centre for Leadership Studies at Exeter University and as a Programme Director at the London Business School.
In 1993 Rob was appointed an MBE for initiating and leading a major change programme of leadership development and succession planning in the UK armed forces.
Since joining enb, Rob has been working with senior managers and executive teams across the financial sector and has recently produced a report on “Leadership in Financial Institutions”.
