Sarah applies her psychology background to the design and delivery of enb’s soft skills programmes.
She joined the enb soft skills team in 2003 and works with our clients to improve their relationship building skills, leadership, teambuilding and 1:1 executive coaching.
She is responsible for the personality profiling used extensively with our clients and is an accredited practitioner of NEO, PI-R, MBTI, Insights, 16pf and DiSC. At enb we use these frameworks to help our clients create more productive and effective internal and external relationships.
Sarah graduated with a first class honours degree in Psychology and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Division of Organisational and Occupational Psychology. Sarah holds the BPS level A and B competency certificates in psychometric testing.
