enb swapsimis a trading simulation game and is based on interest rate derivatives and their applications and has been developed to encourage interaction and involvement on the trading floor. It has been designed to build on the knowledge gained through interest rate derivative product knowledge training, applying it through a trading simulation.

Participants inherit an existing swap portfolio, which they must manage during a number of trading periods, each one accompanied by an economic outlook that will influence the decision-making of the traders.
Throughout the simulation the traders will be asked by clients to structure and price transactions and to bid competitively for the new business. They will be expected to operate within strict risk and return boundaries and will therefore need to manage the risk or hedge their portfolios.
