enb’s flagship Uptiering™ programmes combining technical and soft skills development for client facing professionals are a well established format. We have been actively extending the range of case studies that can be used in these programmes, with a particular focus on the issues that often arise in smaller, perhaps owner managed, enterprises that may have both fewer financing or hedging options than large public companies, as well as often less sophisticated understanding of corporate financial management. Such situations require appropriate responses from bankers and these cases are designed to help bankers covering such enterprises develop relevant competencies to stand out from competing providers.
