The Insights System is built around the model of personality first identified by the Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung. It provides a common language for effective interaction and organisational growth.
The Insights Discovery® profile offers a framework for self-understanding and development. Insights Discovery® is not a test. You cannot pass or fail. There is no best profile. This enables them to develop effective strategies for interaction with others, and to better respond to the demands of their environment.
